Liberty Garden
Liberty Garden is an island in southwestern Unova. At the center of the island is the lighthouse. It can be accessed via the Seagallop Ferry from Vermilion City.
The ship will only take the player if they have the Liberty Sea Map, which is an event-exclusive item. On the player's first visit, some members of Team Rocket are already here upon the player's arrival, and they will battle the player. Victini can be found in the basement of the lighthouse.
Geography
The island can be accessed once the Old Sea Map is shown to the navigator of the Seagallop Ferry. The Island is split in to 2 sections, the exterior which starts as a rocky coast with the old dock before climbing to the outside of a forested section, and the interior section which is a small grotto where the Mythical Pokémon Mew can be found.
On the island is a sign with old, fading writing dated the 6th day of a month. This month ends in "ber", suggesting any of the four final months of the year.
