Four Island
Four Island is the town on Floe Island. Contrary to its name it will be the first town visited in the Sevii Islands. Because you visit it during the Team Rocket events, before receiving the Rainbow Pass, it can be flown to from the Tri-Pass Islands and the boat will take you to the other islands from the dock. It has access to Icefall Cave.

Sevii Islands Daycare
The third daycare in the game, it becomes available after Team Rocket is beaten in Cerulean Cave.
Lorelei's House
the ex-Elite Four member Lorelei lives on Four Island. She quit the elite Four to help protect the Sevii Islands. Team Rocket uses this to lure her out and take her Master Ball.
Once you defeat Team Rocket in Cerulean Cave she will battle you once per day.
