Dragon's Den
The Dragon's Den is a location in North-Eastern Johto.
It is inaccessible before defeating Clair in the Blackthorn Gym, as it is blocked off by a man in front of the cave, and then it must be traversed to finally obtain the Rising Badge.
Many strong Trainers can be found within the cavern. The Master of the Dragon User Clan is located here, and he will quiz the player on their attitude towards and treatment of their Pokémon. If the player gives compassionate answers, the player will be rewarded with a Dratini that knows ExtremeSpeed (though this requires speaking to Clair on the way to the cave exit, and then returning to speak with the Master once more).
Clair will visit to reward the player with the Rising Badge she refused to award in the Gym, as well as TM24 (DragonBreath).
