Liberty Garden is an island in southwestern Unova. At the center of the island is the lighthouse. It can be accessed via the Seagallop Ferry from Vermilion City.
The ship will only take the player if they have the Liberty Sea Map, which is an event-exclusive item. On the player's first visit, some members of Team Rocket are already here upon the player's arrival, and they will battle the player. They are a splinter group led by Petrel who is now claiming the title of "Rocket Boss". Victini can be found in the basement of the lighthouse.
