Overview

Kanto is centered in a relatively flat area surrounding a large bay the sea is to the South and East with a mountain range extending along the north of the region and curving around the west side to divide Kanto from Johto. It 8 gyms and its League is Headquartered at Indigo Plateau. It has recently been impacted by the eruption of the volcano at Cinnabar Island which has had effects spanning all the way to Vermilion City. Its largest population center is Celadon City. As the closest landmass to the Sevii Islands, Kanto has the only connection between the islands and the rest of the world with its regular ferry service from Vermilion City.
