The Safari Zone Gate is a bazaar located to the north of Route 48, which is accessed from Cianwood City via Route 47.
Pokémon Trainers often come here in order to catch Pokémon in the Johto Safari Zone.

Johto Safari Zone
The Johto Safari Zone is a special Pokémon preserve where Trainers can capture certain types of Pokémon.
You can't access to this zone in the current version of the game.
Berry Master's Son
This character is the son of the Hoenn's Berry Master.
He will give you up to three random berries per day.
Safari Zone Gate's Move Tutor
There is a Move tutor that can teach Mega Punch to any of your Pokémon that can learn that move.
