Cerulean Cave is a cave located in the northwest corner of Cerulean City in Kanto, it is a part of the main storyline and can be accessed after defeating Team Rocket on Chrono Island.
Cerulean Cave is home to a wide variety of high-level wild Pokémon. The legendary pokemon Mewtwo inhabits the deepest part of the cave.
Note: This part of the story is exclusive to P3D and it does not exist in any of the original games.
