Information
Sneasel is a Dark and Ice type Pokémon.
Sneasel is a bipedal Pokémon which vaguely resembles a mix of cat and weasel. Its body is predominantly bluish-black (or dark teal green in some artworks), but it possesses bright red feather-like growths on its left ear and lower back. Its most striking features are the two retractable claws on its front and back paws. It also has distinctive yellow markings on its face and chest. It has unusual facial markings which resemble eyelashes, which are found on both males and females. They have an agile body, and are well skilled in quick movements and intricate techniques.
It evolves into Weavile when leveled up holding a Razor Claw during the night.

Special Appearances
Sneasel is one of the Pokemon used by the Rival during many of his appearances. Based when it joins his party it is possible that it was stolen from the Shuckle guy in Cianwood City. When he is encountered in Olivine City he speaks of a trainer across the sea who has a rare Pokémon and when first visited the man is scared of his Shuckle being stolen by the same boy who stole his other Pokémon, and the person described looks similar to your Rival.
