Repels
Repels are items to prevent wild Pokémon from appearing.
They can be bought at Pokémarts or found in cities and routes.
To prevent Pokémon from appearing, your first Pokémon has to have a higher level than the wild Pokémon. Else, the battle would start normally.
The repel's effect wears off automatically after walking the given amount of steps.
There are three types of repels that are differencing in their amount of steps they are protecting the player from wild Pokémon.
