Headbutt (Japanese: ずつき Headbutt) is a damage-dealing Normal-type move. It is TM 02

TM 02 is given to the player by a fat man in Ilex Forest. You need a Pokémon with Cut to reach him.

Effect

Headbuttable tree

In battle

Headbutt does damage and has a 30% chance of causing the target to flinch.

Outside of battle

This move allow the player to shake small trees, causing a wild Pokémon to drop out. Some Pokémon can only be caught by this method.

You need the Hive Badge from Bugsy to use this move outside of battle.
