Information Jumpluff is a Grass and Flying type Pokémon. Jumpluff evolves from Skiploom starting at level 27 which evolves from Hoppip starting at level 18. Jumpluff has three puffs on its body; one on top of its head and two as its hands. Unlike its pre-evolutions, Jumpluff doesn't look like an animal anymore.
