Information Herdier is a Normal type Pokémon. Herdier evolves from Lillipup starting at level 16 and evolves into Stoutland starting at level 32. Herdier is a quadrupedal mammalian canine Pokémon. Most of its body is brown and some parts are dark blue. It has very large ears and what looks like a mustache and forehead hair in the shape of a "W".
