Sand Attack (Japanese: すなかけ Sand Attack) is a non-damaging Ground-type move.
Effect
Sand-Attack decreases the target's Accuracy stat by one stage.
Although it is a Ground-type move, it still affects Flying-type Pokémon and those with the Ability Levitate.
In Pokémon3D, Sand Attack will always miss to Flying type Pokémon
