Pokémon Move/Earthquake

Earthquake (Japanese: じしん Earthquake) is a damage-dealing Ground-type move.

Effect

Earthquake inflicts double damage if the target is in the underground (first turn) stage of Dig.

It strikes all opponents as well as the user's teammates, but with reduced power.
