This mini-walkthrough covers the Sidequests for both Lugia and Ho-Oh.
Lugia's Sidequest requires the Silver Wing while Hoh-Oh's requires the Rainbow Wing.
The first wing is acquired after clearing Team Rocket from the Radio Tower Template:KWTSeeAlso.
The Second wing is acquired from an old man in Pewter City Template:KWTSeeAlso.
The First Legendary will be found at level 45, while the second will be found at level 70.
