Victory Road is a cave located in the area between Johto and Places/Kanto it connects Route 26 (via the League Reception Gate) with Indigo Plateau. It earned its name because it must be traveled by all Trainers aiming for the top. Only Trainers with eight Johto Gym Badges are allowed to enter it.
Geography
Victory Road is a rather straight forward path with no trainers, but lots of strong pokemon. Your Rival claims to have driven all of the other trainers out of the cave.
