Squirtle is a Water type Pokémon that can be obtained from Professor Elm in New Bark Town. Squirtle is a one of a kind Pokémon that cannot be found in the wild. It has blue skin and a hard outer shell and resembles a blue turtle with a long curled tail. And has two arms and two legs each with three fingers/ toes. Squirle will evolve into Wartortle at level 16.
