Pound (Japanese: はたく Strike) is a damage-dealing Normal-type move. Effect Pound inflicts damage and has no secondary effect. Description The target is physically pounded with a long tail or a foreleg, etc.

• Pound has an index number of 1, making it the first move in the game data, Pokémon 3D shares this characteristic with the main games.
• Pound is now the substitute move of all unimplemented moves. But the Pound that replaces the unimplemented moves can damage Ghost Pokémon.
