Bubble (Japanese: あわ Bubble) is a damage-dealing Water Type move. Bubble inflicts damage and has a 10% chance of lowering the target's Speed stat by one stage.
Description
A spray of countless bubbles is jetted at the opposing team. It may also lower the targets' Speed stats.
