The Tri-Pass is given to the player by Lostelle's Father on Two Island after rescuing her from a Hypno in Berry Forest. Before this all travel aboard the Sea Gallop Hi-Speed Ferries was done without a ticket. The Tri-Pass allows for travel between Vermilion City, One Island, Two Island, and Three Isle Port.
