Tail Whip (Japanese: しっぽをふる Tail Wag) is a non-damaging Normal-type move. Tail Whip decreases the target's Defense stat by one stage.
Description
The user wags its tail cutely, making opposing Pokémon less wary and lowering their Defense stat.
