Move templates

Hey Tornado:

1. I made the first move template. This should make much easier the task of typing the moves

Difficulty

Hey Tornado, I created a Difficulty topic. Take it a look to create the wild enconunters levels and the pokemon's trainers level. I think that put the levels in difficulty 0 is better, with that the people can calculate the levels in further difficulties.
