TM 02 is a Technical Machine that teaches the move Headbutt to a Pokémon. Headbutt does damage and allow the player to shake small trees, causing a wild Pokémon to drop out.
Locations
TM 02 is given to the player by a fat man in Ilex Forest. You need a Pokémon with Cut to reach him. Can also be bought in the Goldenrod Department Store.
