BLizzard (Japanese: ふぶき Snowstorm) is a damage-dealing Ice-type move.
Effect
Blizzard does damage and has a 10% chance of freezing the target.
Blizzard will hit both opponents in a Double Battle.
Blizzard will ignore accuracy and evasion checks under Hail.
