Flatter (Japanese: おだてる Flatter) is a non-damaging Dark-type move.
Effect
Flatter raises the target's Special Attack by one stage and then confuses it. Should the target be already confused, or protected by Safeguard, its Special Attack will still be raised.
Pokémon with the Ability Own Tempo are immune to both effects.
