The [[Pewter Gym]] is the official Gym of Pewter City. It is based on [[Rock]]-type [[Pokémon]]. The [[Gym Leader]] is {{GL|Brock}}. Trainers that defeat him receive the Boulder Badge. When the player first arrives in Pewter City Brock is not in the gym but returns after the player speaks to the radio signals researcher in the museum.
